Painting pulleys

Gunna be painting my pulley's this weekend. Just wondering what all i need to do this? Do i need high heat paint? What sandpaper should i use... Do i need some sort of pulley puller do get all of em off? Where would i buy that? Thanks a lot guys.

Is this something you need to get done this weekend so you can drive the car again, or can you wait a little bit for the pulleys to get done?? I have a friend that can get powdercoating done at a good price. The only downside is the turn around time would be at least a week. Upside to powdercoating is it's durable. Any custom colors can be made.

Nah i just wanna get a quick job on the pulleys so they look half decent. A lot of them have paint chipped off with rust showing, so i'd just like to get em cleaned up.
