mod vs. track time

Ok, I bought a 91 5-speed Sc over the winter for 600, runs good and am looking to have some fun this summer with it. So i figured i would go to the track every friday night and run it with a different mod and then post the increases or decreases in the 1/4 mile time with each one. But since the car is not in the greatest shape outside i dont want to put alot of money in it. So i am asking you guys for some ideas on cheap mods for it. First i was going to gut the cats, then the resinator, and get a 5% od pulley of my friends car, and then buy the 10%, take off the ac compressor.... but that is where i ran out of ideas. So any ideas would be awsome... thanks sean
