anyone live in michigan?

if you do or know someone with an 89 xr7 please get ahold of me i would like to take a look at your car.im just about finished with putting mine together after i rescued it from a dumb redneck.(not makin fun of rednecks cause im kinda one) when i got it the engine was dissassembled as far as it could be and was in the trunk. i need to see one so i can finish mine. if anyone could help please let me know

I live in Mount Pleasant, but I have an SC, wouldn't the motors be the same?

not sure since yours is a 94 i dont know how much they changed in that period. im pretty new to suppercoupes

I'm not exactly sure of differences either, I know some internal parts were improved in the blower, I'm pretty sure there are many early model owners from Michigan on this site as well.
