I have a 90 SC. I just bought a set of American Racing 17 by 7.5
Estrella wheels. Will 255/45/ 17 tires fit on all four courners? Could I fit a 275 /45/17 on the rear, with a 7.5 wide wheel? What spring would close up the fender gap the best?
My supercoupe has 56k on it, will the shocks be ok with the new springs?

Thanks for all the help,
Mike

Mike, try the "search" function on this, tire & wheel combos, and opinions on the various aftermaket springs and shocks have been discussed many times. :)

You should have at least 8" wide wheels for the 255-45-17 tires, 8.5 or 9" would be better. There are no 275-45-17 tires being made that I'm aware of, perhaps you mean 275-40-17 ... that size will definitely not fit on 7.5" wheels. For 7.5" wheels, I'd suggest 235-50-17 or 245-50-17.

Russell, I'll give you a reply to your e-mail rather than taking this thread (sort of) off-topic. :)
