Massive overtime all week, Taking today off and changing the oil in the SC. To my surprise when I took the pan drain plug out nothing but a heavy sludge came out. Holy Man Don’t Panic!!! Never happen before, although the engine was not all that hot. Got most if it flushed out of the oil pan, but anybody have any idea’s???? Last time I used a motor flush was when I was 17 and blew a motor in a 68 Mustang doing it. Motor has been running Great!!!! Maybe she just doesn’t like being turned into a “Garage Queen”. Parked all week because of the weather.

The only thing I can think of is to run the car for a few days and change the oil/filter and then repeat again. Or you can take it to Jiffy Lube and have them perform their engine flush. Check you PCV valve to be certain it is working properly. I've heard that if they aren't operating properly it can cause a sludge problem. Good luck.

Ditto on the PCV valve and system. Also, make sure if you start the car only once a week etc. you always bring it up to operating temperature, otherwise the condensation that's a normal part of the combustion process can't be burned off, and oil will sludge up.

Thanks for the idea about the Jiffy lub mototr flush, I think I'll do that. After my flush today, I drove it around about 1 1/2 hours and changed it again. I'll check the PVC valve also. The car has nothing but Moble 1 with a moble one filter since new. I have never seen anything so think in my life, come out of a crankcase.
Thanks, for the ideas.
