Block cam clearance machinest experts

Would there be any block clearance issues with a cam that would have a .700 plus lift.

I ask this ? because I am new to the SC block.I have ran
into another block that did not have enough clearance for a
big cam.It was not a ford block.I have not ran into this problem
with the cleavland block.

I just did not know how big of a cam the SC block would except.

And is there enough metal to bore the cam journals out about. .125
on the SC block,for needle bearings.
