Headlight Adjustments?

I have a 90 SC and the Headlight adjustments are smarter than me i think. Just to make sure i have the right "adjusters" are they the 2 metal rods that i need to turn(the really tiny ones) and if so how do i get a screw driver to hold the other end of this thing so the whole thing doesnt turn? anyone know what im talkin about?

oky doky, heres a little write up for the sccoa tech articles......to adjust your headlights break the bottom adjusting screw out of one of the headlights. Next , take some electrical tape and make a wedge out of it, you will need 3 of the wedges. Jam your wedges under the headlight with the broken bottom adjustment and match the height of the light wioth the properly adjusted other light. voila, you have light
