Hi, does anyone have the stock Camshaft numbers for a stock '90 SC 5-spd? Or is this something I need to specifically get off my car?

I need:

1. Intake Lift @ Valve
2. Exhaust Lift @ Valve
3. Lifter Type?:
a) Hydraulic Lifter
b) Roller Hydraulic Lifter
c) Solid Lifter
d) Roller Solid Lifter

Also, if anyone has the full specs. that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Cam Specs

Factory CAM Specs
_______________

89 5-spd

Intake .448", 194° @ .050", ICL 106°
Exhaust .457", 202° @ .050", LDA 110°
_______

89 Auto, 90 thru 93 All

Intake .445", 192° @ .050", ICL 108°
Exhaust .457", 198° @ .050", LDA 113.5°
________

94 thru 95 All

Intake .427", 214° @ .050", ICL 113°
Exhaust .443", 180° @ .050", LDA 105.5°

No mistake, Intake duration is longer than Exhaust on the late cams. The '89 manual cam is the best of the bunch.

This is what I have on file for SC cams. I think I copied it from the SCCoA FAQ.

Harvest an 89 cam

Looks like i'll be trying to harvest an 89 cam
Look at the slight differences in the cams. If you're having a cam reground to beat Chris W's time, then an '89 manual cam is what you need for a core.

If you're looking for something less than the fastest SC in the country, then any '89 - 93 cam can be reground to your satisfaction!

Your cam core just got alot cheaper, didn't it?

Was that ILC or ICL up above?

Intake Lobe Center or ???

LDA? Lobe Displacement Angle?

Also, can I get some advice on how to figure out the opening and closing degrees of the intake and exhaust?
