Well, My boy went and did it!!

Well folks, my son finally wised up and bought a nice car. We went up to Ormond yesterday and picked up Bob Pringle's 93 SC..

He is currently showing it off to all his friends in Mount Dora and plans to be at the Daytona show with us..

I'm gonna miss Bob having that car, but at least it went to another enthusiast in the area that will take good care of it.

I too am sad to see Bob gave up the SC but am glad it stayed in the community of enthusiests. That's a great looking SC, Is your son still living in the area RJ? If so I'll have to watch for him in it.

I asked Bob a couple of times if he was sure... He said yeah so we paid him for it... I'm going to miss him and Carol at the shows with us, I told him not to be a stranger... We'll probably see him again, once you buy one of these you generally go back some where along the way...

JJ, I told you I'm a grandpa remember!! My boy is the same age you are....

Greg, he's living up in Mount Dora, he comes down from time to time to visit his friends over there so I'm sure you are going to see it some time. If not you will all get to see it at Daytona cause I signed him up for the show.. He's also a member here now, goes by Tommy SC... Now if I can just get him to take the cap locks off when he types he won't embarrass me to much...

RJ congrats:D Or should I congratulate your son? You must be one proud father now! A grandson and your son now is the proud owner of an SC. But then again you may be a glutton for punishment. Another SC to help maintain.

Yea, I'll tell him Rick, he's been really busy and with the new baby and everything I think things are begining to sink in a little to him.. But hey, he's working, he's paying all his bills, and he's not getting to far out of hand that I can see anyway...

Hey Kurt, he said he wouldn't be a stranger, I think he's going to try to come to Daytona and see us too so hopefully all will be normal...

good to see you out there too... It's only what 1200 miles or so right, three day show is worth it isn't it....
