fuel, spark but no start

Have spark, fuel, new plugs, wires, coil, cam sensor, cid mod, no
shift up light while crank & still no start

Are the plugs wet (injectors working)?
What's the fuel pressure?

CID cap not cracked or worn?
Was CID drive pulled and re-installed?

What's the gap on the plugs?

Air filter plugged? (pull filter and try again)
MAF connected?
Crankcase vent connected? (inlet tube connection near back of a/c compressor that goes across front of intake manifold)
