Opinions on rear bumper inserts needed

I need your guy's opinions on some rear bumper inserts for my 35th. I am torn between two different ones. I either want the SS stainless steel ones or the Bob White ones in blue to match pin strips. I am leening toward the SS ones but I wanted to know your guy's opinions first.

Thanks!
Shane

I have the stainless steel ones.Pricey but the craftmenship is there.
They look like chrome.I have had mine on for close to two years, and
they look as good the day I put them on.

I installed mine when the temperture was below freezeing. So thought
that they would fall off someday,But they are stuck on solid.Even
after car washes. I think that they were about $85.00 to my door.

They installed easier than the vinyl letters. And the vinyl ones I had
showed some age in just a couple month. And did not like the car wash.

They cost a lot more. But so far ,seem to be going to last with a new
look longer than the vinyl ones.To me they look more like factory, than the
vinyl ones. And more show quality, hands down.

this is a pic of bob simpson's sc. it's not an annie, and the car is blue, but the lower valence was painted the same color as a 35th. he's got silver vinyl inserts, but it looks similar to the stainless from this angle.

The stainless and vinyl letters look much the same in a photo.
But in life ,the stainless steel letters is a giant leap in the quality
and appearance.

I'd also recommend the SS Stainless inserts... and if I ever get my car back and painted I might even put mine on! :)

White Cars

Has anyone see the SS inserts on a white car? I have a pearl 95 model with black reflective decals now.

Just curious. Thought SS would look best on dark cars.

I think the stainless would look good.Of course you would not
have the color contrast of the black on white. But I think the
stainless would be nice an clean looking.

The best set up that I have seen ,is KURT SUNDAYS.His SC is
red.Kurt cut the letter out, then added a panle of LED red lights
on the inside or behind his bumper. Then the LEDs would show
through the cut out letters. He had the LEDs hooked to the
tail and brake lights wire horness. His look like it came from
the factory this way, very very nice. This is the only setup
that I have seen that was better than the stainless steel
letters.Plus a very nice safty feature.
