Code 212/214???

My SC is showing codes 212 & 214. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to start, but it will start eventually. Once it's started, it will sometimes run perfectly and sometimes it will run "rough". After about 5 seconds after starting, the "check engine" light comes on, and there is no TACH signal (shows no RPMs, but engine is running). Anybody know what this is? What to do about it?

Codes

Hey Will - The codes are as follows

212 - Loss of Ignition Diagnostic Monitor (IDM) input to EEC processor/ SPOUT Circuit Grounded.

214 - Cylinder Identification (CID) Circuit failure

I had the 214 error not too long ago and I replaced the Cam sensor and this fixed the problem. I'm not familiar with the 212 error, but there is a Spout connector, you can disconnect it and clean it and see if that helps.
