So i was driving around last night, and i started to hear a clunking/clicking noise. (sounded like rocks in a clothes dryer) So i pull over to check it out. it is coming from my supercharger. so i baby her home (by now the sound is really bad) and unscrew the fill plug on the supercharger to check the fluid. well as soon as i let some pressure out, the fluid shot out at me. it had turned black and boiled. (it smelled terrible). so what could be wrong? what could cause this noise? is it bearings? or could the fluid need a change? help please. i have to fix this by sunday. thanks fellas

Except for the sound, all those things are normal. The oil will shoot out when hot, it turns black quickly and smells really bad!

You can take off the supercharger belt and turn the pulley by hand to see how it feels.
