Randy Baker apparently has this front air dam on his '90 and I want one too. Is it an actual Cobra R air dam or a spin-off? Where can I get one and how hard is it to make it fit?

Thanks, Brandon

If I'm not mistaken, Randy just photoshop'd that picture to see what it would look like and to get people's opinion's on it. He might have actually had one built but I'm not sure. Like you, I think a lot of people would go for it if it was produced.

dude.. wow.. that looks friggin awesome.. id love that on my bird. if that ever comes out i am definitely getting one. :D :D what would it take to get the ball rolling on this?

1QUIKV6" That picture is from my members page.If you read on
the bottom of the page it says future mods. The picture is a photoshop
picture like NETTESD points out.

I don't have the Cobra R front end on yet.It takes two Cobra R
front bumper covers to make one to fit the SC Thunderbird.
I have the two front bumper covers cut up and most of them together.
I don't know when I will get them on.I have had to many other jobs to do first. When I do install the front Cobra R front end,I am also installing
a Cobra R hood,fiberglass trunk lid,& fiberglass doors,and a Cobra R
rear wing.

I am wanting to install my tube k-member first and get some other parts
made up and installed .Before I do the body.I want to also put a 2003
Cobra blower motor in the SC.But that probabaly will not happen.Have
not desided on what I will do about the motor yet.It will have a v-8
in it some day through. And it will run 180+MPH when finished.I don't
have a lot of money. It all takes time make & to collect the parts.

The company I bought the front ends from.Ask what I was going to
do with two front bumper covers.I told them and they expressed
interrest in making them for thunderbirds. So they may be avalible
when I get around to it.I don't know if enough people would want
such a peice to make it worth while.Just the two Cobra R front
covers plus shipping cost close to $1000.00.Then the labor to
section the two front ends, and then put back together is another
40hours,Then the time to install the front end and paint is another
30 hours. So by the time I get the COBRA R body parts al on it is
not cheap in money let alone the labor cost. The front end, hood,
rear wing parts cost is over $2000.00,Add $550.00 for the doors.
Plus shipping.

If enough people were interested.I could get some made
up a little cheaper. How many do you want?

Thanks Randy
