probs with new intake?

i just bought a 3" intake from mn12 performance. and im wondering if it may cause head gasket problems without a better exhaust set up. im running stock exhaust manifolds to cats then to flowmaster mufflers (sounds like butt). i dont think it will cause any problems, but i figured id get some opinions first. thanks in advance guys!

If your keeping the same MAF and TB it isn't going to change the amount of air entering the engine very much, so it won't hurt the HGs.

would it cause problems if i did get a new tb and maf?--that is not top on my list of things to buy yet
