cowl info

I've noticed a leak on the passenger side from under the dash. I feel it may be coming in under the cowl. I also want clean under it. I can see the screws that hold it on, but I know the wiper arms need to come off too. How are they removed?

Pass side leak

Are you sure its not the heater core? Pull the carpet back to check. I can imagine a leak at the bottom of the winshield. But the best way to get the cowl off is to make the wipers stop straight up instead of in the park position. Then you can easily pull the tabs out. You will need a torx screw driver to get the corners off and phillips for the rest.

The leak seems to appear after a rain or after washing. It is on top of the floor mat and it's not a big leak, but thought I should take care of it none the less.

the drain tube under the car is probably clogged passenger side lower firewall take a wire and poke through it they get leaves and dirt in them then the water wont drain
