5-speed and auto engines

ok...i have a 89 manual...i've been trying to find a replacement engine for the past two months that was close to me...well i finaly found one...but it was hooked up to an auto

now what my question is...would i be able to hook that engine right up the manual?...if not would i be able to swap out parts from one another?

i'm just finding it cheaper to swap out engines...cause the price i was given to fix it was 1000 to 1500 for the start of repairs

Not that it will make that big of a diff. but the 89 manual cam is the most agressive of all years,. But other wise it'll run.

ok...one more question...what would be a decent offer for a 95 engine with 63000 miles?...the guy said it runs just fine with no problems at all
