found this 94 5 speed crimson red in tampa for $2800, wondering why its so cheap, im guessing high mileage?

called on this car saturday and left a message, they called me today to say they already have a deposit on it :(

I checked on it. 117K if I remember correctly. Don't know if that was accurate. Repaint with the clearcoat already peeling. Front and back seats ripped. Antenna broken. Right front turn signal lens broken. Assorted dents and dings. Needed tires. Couldn't tell if it leaked anything as it was parked out under the trees. Didn't get a chance to drive or even start it. Had about 5 minutes to look at it before the salesman told me it already had a deposit and he was ready to leave. And I was there only a few hours after it appeared in Autotrader.
