I did a search and could not find the exact info I need. What is the best way to clean an O2 sensor? This sensor has only about 3k miles on it while car was running really bad. I have heard that using Carb cleaner is ok and I also heard not to use chemicals but torching the O2 sensor. Need some input ASAP please. Thanks guys.

How do you know it's your O2 Sensors?

I don't think O2 Sensors CAN be Cleaned.

With only 3000miles on the Sensor, Im sure you could take it back and exchange it.

This is on my Ford probe, and i know it is the O2 sensor because I pulled the codes and that is what it says. Any help anybody?

Well then, in that case...

Brake cleaner works wonders.

Since you don't want to understand that you cannot clean O2 Sensors... :(
