Are there other dragways that give you your time slips and how would you rate them.
It looks like I won't be going to St thomas today because of the r**n :-(
I am trying to plan to go somewhere (dragway) next friday evening or sunday
Mosport dragsay is close but is it any good? There website doesn't seem to have street drag racing listed.
Thanks

Mosport is a road coarse, it doesn't have a strip.

TMP isn't really that far away if you take the 401-403 and then to the QEW. I usually make a day of it and stop in have some lunch and then head onto the track. From Warden and the 401, it usualy takes me 1hr 15 mins and from my new house in Ajax probably 90 minutes.

Shannonville Motorsport Park, just east of Belleville, has a dragstrip that runs on certain nights and weekends. It isn't running all the time, because the dragstrip is also the back straight of the road course. ;)

It's probably not the best dragstrip around, a bit bumpy, and not much shutdown area. But for the average 13 or 14 second street car, it should be fine. From Durham area, maybe an 80 - 90 minute drive?
cheers,
