Well, it should be no surprise to you guys that Alecia isn't a big fan of me owning the SC, so as an attempt to warm her up to these fantastic cars, I thought I'd send it back into the paint shop for a quick colour change. Since the whole body was re-worked last Spring, it really didn't take them long to finish her up. They didn't even start until this past Friday morning.
Here's the results. Let me know what you think. ...Really.
Cheers,
Sean

OK, here's the real deal. I had a little spare time tonight (in case you couldn't tell), so I drove out to Mount Hope Airport and snapped off some pics. Unfortunately, it was too late and the lighting conditions were pretty poor. I think I could get some really cool shots there at the right time of the day (and on the right day). I may have to make a return to there sometime soon.
Here's one in the normal colour and hue and saturation...
Best regards,
Sean

Sean, if you did the calipers yellow to go with the purple paint, I'm sure Varrik would be all over that ... :p

I agree with KillerSC the purple does'nt look too bad, but i would be too afraid to be seen driving in it.

91SCLOVER,
Is that your car? ...Looks like House of Colors, Kameleon, but I could be wrong.
Not my taste, but definitely a sweet paint job!!!

Umm, no. Carlisle is in PA, a little south west of Harrisburg.
A bunch of us will be coming down to your neck of the woods. I'm talking about the All-Ford Nationals, at Carlisle Fairgrounds, June 4th to 6th. It's an SCCoA mecca each year.
Best regards,
Sean

Sean,
The car looks great! Those rims are P.I.M.P (G-Unit)
I'm hoping to get mine washed Thursday with some pics.
Great choice for the red SC! ;)

Sean, I've hijacked the "real" pic to go on the front page of the SCCoO website. I was getting tired of looking at my car on there, I'm sure other people were too.
cheers,
Ed N.

Thanks, everyone, for the compliments!!!
...And thanks for the honour of having my car featured on the main page of the SCCoO website.
The car would not be what it is today if it weren't for a lot of help from many of you over the course of the past three years.
Sincerely,
Sean

Those are the 2003 - 2004 SVT Mustang Cobra 17x9 machine-finish face wheels. Sean has done a bolt pattern conversion, so with a few millimetres shaved off the backs of the wheels, they fit the car.
If you look in the group purchases section, Brad "cudaz101" has replica wheels available with the proper bolt pattern and offset to bolt directly on to a T-Bird / Cougar.
cheers,
Ed N.
