Anyone else jumping on the bandwagon?
So far only Sean, Jason and Ed have confirmed attendance, that I've read here.
I'm guessing Andrew Vengust may have also, I just can't remember.
If we all push hard enough.....we can get Coleman along for the ride. ;)

Hell, I'm even bringing Alecia and the kids along this year just to try to boost our numbers a little! ;)
Let's go, folks!!! ...Let's make this year the best turn-out ever from the SCCoO!!!
Cheers,
Sean

Oh crap - all the way down by Harrisburg? Don't think I'll risk driving down that far in my Cougar. Maybe I'll join up with ya's at 'work'. There'd be room to get a semi in there right :D?

Greg,
Do a little searching on the internet. I don't think Canadian citizens are required to have a passport for travel into the U.S. ...At least not yet. I don't think there are plans to roll out that kind of a requirement in the near future. For now, I believe you should still be OK with photo ID and a birth certificate.
In my family, I'm the only one with a valid passport. Alecia, Noah and Chelsea will all be using other identification.
...We had this same conversation last year at this time. I believe there were more than a few SC'ers who traveled to Carlisle without a passport.
Best regards,
Sean

Greg, I had to go down to the Buffalo area last month for a meeting with the classic Cougar club I'm involved with. No problem getting across the border with a driver's license for I.D. The passport rules apply to Canadian citizens born outside of Canada.

Okay, so it's settled then....the bandwagon will be stopping to pick up Greg and his family on the way to Tim Hortons on Centennial Parkway in Hamilton.
Be ready around 9:00am Coleman, and I'll swing by your place. ;)
Jason and I were in Ohio last month, and Jason has no passport.
No passport = no problem for Les Canadiens!
(bring your birth certificates if you have them)
PS - Nice try ................ BIATCH! :D :p

No need for a passport just another way for them to get your money.

Unfortunately, officially - i'm out.
$$$ = nfg (no friggin' gots)
Between that and a slew of projects, both mine and others', i'm not going to be able to go this year. I still have the time booked off work, so it may be utilized for other things - it IS, afterall, Vacation Time. Hmm, define "vacation" - LOL!!!
Regardledd, where a passport is concerned..... IF you are thinking about getting one it may very well be too late now. With such a short time frame for them to process, produce and deliver you'll probably end up getting it after you return. The average turn-around time now is about 4 - 5 weeks. A few co-workers have proved this over the past three months. HOWEVER, you DO have the option, if you feel "rich" to opt for a quicker delivery. I don't know the details, but you know how it goes.... "money talks, bull$^it walks". If you are willing to pay the extra money, they'll have it ready in less than a week. Last I heard this option was $200 (????).
So, to those of you that are going, I wish you luck, a safe journey, a great time, and a safe (and un-eventful LOL!) return.
For those of you that are "thinking about it" - SHUT UP AND GO!!!!!!!! If you're a car-nut, it's one helluva great time!

Andrew,
I'm very sorry to hear you aren't attending.
You are supposed to be the 4.6L ambassador of Canadian Thunderbirds!
Since you have the vacation booked, I hope you change your mind in time.
When I got my passport, it was $85 for normal, and $125 for express delivery.
FYI.

If I can count (which I believe I can), that makes (leaving Thursday):
-Ed and guest (I presume)
-Sean and family
-Jason and GF
-Myself and Krista
-Mikey Varrik -leaving Friday
-Wayne (I presume) -leaving Friday
Das it?
What happened to Pathay, Milawski, Coleman and whoever else?

$125 for Express? Cool. Thanks for the FYI, Bill. I'm sure many will get good use of that info.
As for Ambassador? I'll take, thanks. As I said... define "vacation". Also, that doesn't mean I might not be going States-side. I simply can't decide which route to go (not meant in a travel direction). ;)
It's either toys or vacation. This year i'm goin' for toys. The ends will justify the means. It's just a matter of timing, now. This whole "patience" thing is driving me crazy. How long will it take - LOL!!!!!
Looks like a decent convoy this year.

Andrew,
I'm sorry to hear that it's looking like you won't be accompanying us down to the All-Ford Nationals. It was a lot of fun having you with us last year!
Like Bill, I'll hold out some hope that you'll change your mind between now and then. ;)
...In the event we decide to follow your route down this year, would you be able to furnish us with some good directions? ...I can't remember exactly how we got down there, other than that it was at a fairly good clip! :D
Cheers,
Sean

Bill, did you ever get that speeding ticket cleared up you talked about last year?
Paul
P.S. I will have those emails off to you tomorrow sometime.

Sean,
Getting down there will be easy. I have the route in my head now.
Paul,
I paid $150 USD to clear that ticket from getting on my record. Not cool.
I'll wait to hear from you. Thanks.

Bill,
Are you stopping by Gary Kuhn on Thursday night? You know Porter needs a bedtime buddy. :)
Thanks

Ken,
I should be going to Gary's Thursday night to pick up the seats I purchased from him, and the Hoosier Slicks I'm having sent to his house. I would assume we'll be hanging around to party, but we still need to organize something with Gary and whoever else might attend. I'm looking forward to it for sure!
I may put up a thread on TBU for beer requests. ;)
