No Juice- Battery good???

I went on vacation for 10 days. When I left the car everything was in good working order. Today I planned on cleaning my cone filter. But when I went to turn the key to move the car, there was no reaction(as in a dead battery). I took the battery out to test it, and it is fully charged. So I put the battery back in, and the car still acts as if there is no juice at all.
What could be the reason for this? What should I look for??? HELP PLEASE!!!

How did you test the battery? It just showed 12v or so? You need to load test it. Do the lights come on? Radio? A battery can show 12v, but as soon as you put a load on it, it can drop down to 6-9v, which means it is no good.

I hooked the battery up to my charger which showed a full charge. When I turn the key, there are no lights on at all. It does seem like its a dead battery, but in my limited knowledge from what the charger showed, it looked ok.
