Help with codes

I ran the KOER codes yesterday in my '93 SC. Here's what I came up with...116 (Coolant Temperature Sensor out of range), 159 (Mass Air Flow Sensor out of range), and 538 (Insufficient change in RPM). My car idles like crap. I can set the idle perfectly, but when I restart the car the idle returns to where it was before. Does anyone know how to diagnose these codes and are they directly related to my idle problem? Thanks

is the coolant sensor bad or was car not warmed up ? is maf bad ? i would clean the fine wire in the maf with sensor safe spray cleaner and unhook the battery to reset it make sure its warm or run it a couple days and test for codes again , i dont believe you can set the idle it is computer controlled , when i put a new battery in mine it took 3 days and about 200 miles driving before it quit stalling at stop signs
