There was a post earlier on this..
We have professional screen printing equipment in my garage!
If we can get 500 E-mails, we'll start designing!
This will be done on Quality 100% cotton t's, printed with quality inks.
I forget who's sig says it, but we're going to use the saying,
"It sucks if it ain't blown!"
Also, before mass producing them, I'll post the design so you all know what you will get.
If the majority gives the thumbs up, I'll post information on ordering.
Most likely we'll sell them at $25.00 usd each, this will including shipping.
Little background information:
We've been printing for local businesses, schools, colleges and even the D.A.R.E. program for the past 15 years.

WOW! I think 500 e-mails is a pretty steep quota, but what the hell, I will send mine.

$25? Why so expensive especially since your makign them yourself? I had shirts made last year for $7.50 CANADIAN, but htat was a deal through a friend, this year I am getting them done with a full logo on one side and lots of writing in the back side for about $11-12CDN or roughly $8-9US through someone else which is not a deal this time around. He told me the shirts cost $4-6CDN dpending on what type of shirt you want, we are getting black which is a little more $$$ White is cheapest. Especially if oyu are buying the shirts in BULK I don't see why you are selling them for so much. We sell our shirts at the V6 Ford Challenge for 415US each butall profits go intot he race for prize winnings.
Other then th at I think the idea of a shirt is cool, but 500 emails is way high. Doubt you will even come close to it. Sorry if I sound negative, but unless the money is going to a cause for the board that price is super high.

Well, ok I've got some calculating to do. I'll see how far I can bring down the price, which will include shipping costs.
Edit: Somewhere between $10 and $15
Seemed there was more of a fan base, heh.
On the other hand, this isn't "iron on" or machine pressed. This is silk screen printing and it's done by hand. I was hoping for a large number or else it just isn't worth it.
And as for the cause, it's going toward getting my car back on the road, heh.
I only make $8 an hour at my day job. At that rate, it'll take a couple months.

$15 is definately a fair price. Mine were sil screened as well, thats the only way to go, unless is a real complicated desing in which they digitize the photo and somehow get it on the shirt, I was looking into this as our race logo was too complicated for silk screening, but we changed the logo and made it simple enough to silk screen.
Keep us posted on the shirt desing for sure.

Would you happen to have some designs (pictures) you could share with us on what the shirts would look like? What about a pocket? Designs on boths sides?
I would be interested!
