High-Temp masking tape...

Hey Josh,
I'm sorry I don't know what color powder is used to match the stock powder, but if you are looking for a way to mask off the polished parts they do make a high temp masking tape that can withstand the curing temps of the powder coat. I have used it and it works great and doesn't leave a residue. the place I order my powdercoating supplies from is www.columbiacoatings.com They may even be able to match up some powder for you as they can do just about any color or texture you need.
I hope this helps you find what you need!

thanks for the info

I think we figured it out --it seems to be a powdercoat color name graphite
this is identical to magnum powers color and is a shade darker than the original factory color--which we could not match any way
