Is there M5R2 disassembly how to anywhere? Also a listing of all the tools needed to disassemble and reassemble would be awesome.

The helms ford shop manual has an excellent how to disassemble section. Most of the "how to" articles supliment the shop manual during re-assembly.

Common metric sockets, clip remover, 32 mm socket, large cresant wrench (must open up between 2" and 2 1/2"), used an air hammer to pry up large nut tabs, used an air hammer to remove all bearings expect one, gone to the machine shop for it.

If I had it to do over with again, I might have mine shipped to Liberty for the rebuild or order one from Liberty. Ran into problems with mine, some gears worn, obsolete from Ford, luckily Southern Gear and Liberty have these parts.
