Questions during Supercharger rebuild

I think I have read every thread on rebuilding the supercharger, but I still have a few questions. I already have a new seal, new snout bearings and new bearings for the back of the rotors.

Question 1: My solid OEM coupler on my 89 SC seems to be in good shape. It fits on the pins with almost no slop. I read in one thread where someone said the coupler was an "interference fit' onto the pins. Is that true? I can push mine on by hand, with very little pressure. Should I get a new one or not? Who is selling them other than ZZperformance.com?

Question 2: Should I replace the rear bearings? What is really involved after I get the plate, gears, and rotors removed from the housing? Do they come out easily, are they a press fit? I do not want to get in too deep and not be able to finish the job.
