10% overdrive pulley help....

I have the pulley and can't figure out how to take it off. Any tips.

Also does anyone have the part number for the shorter belt I need to get for this.

Where in the "Beach" are you?I've got a 3 jaw pulley puller and air tools..just replaced my 5% with a 10%.......not sure of the belt #..do a search,I saw it listed somewhere.

I removed the thermostat housing to make it a little easier to get at. I used a 3 jaw puller and it came right off. Take the nut off and just put the puller on a it should slide right off. The new one should just push on and then you tighten it down and away you go. As far as the shorter belt goes I just bought a 3" Dayco steel tensioner pulley and that took up the extra slack. I have run my car to about 5300-5400 rpms and still no slippage.
