i hear of everyone doing all this work to their cars whenever i try to do something it always ends up that the SC inlet tube gets in the way.. whats an easy way to take that off? and when i do, what seals do i need to replace, and where do i get then, how much do they cost...?

Inlet tube?

Doh..wrong answers.

As gldiii reported, the aluminum tube is a little more difficult to remove. Plus there are two. A lower and an upper.

If you have the stock rubber inlet tube, I always just unhooked the top from the airbox and then loosened the clamp on the TB and took moved the inlet tube and airbox top out of the way. You will also need to unhook the electrical connection at the MAF and the clamp on the tube that goes over to the driver's side valve cover. No seals are needed for replacement.

If you are trying to get the aluminum upper IC tube off and out of the way, then it is a little more involved and you will need some type of sealant, either the stock thick teflon tape or sensor safe RTV sealant.
