Quick question about Cam selection (LCA Qs)

Last summer I settled for a 216/225 cam from RPM with 110LCA. The idle is a little bit lopey but nothing too serious. A higher LCA was recommended for a blown application but I had to get the car back together in time for school.

I'm just wondering approximately how much power would I stand to gain by going with an identical cam with 114 LCA?

Going from stock to the cam i have now I did notice a slight loss in low end grunt but a nice midrange boost, just wondering if that had something to do with the bigger than stock overlap.

What do you guys think?

The tighter LSA will cost you some boost and some low end torque. No biggie though. I doubt that peak HP will be affected much at all. Mostly the shape of the curve will be affected.
