I have just puchased a 94 Tbird and am looking to fix it up for the track. Any suggestion where to start? How any of you all are in Dallas or near by?
I made a bid for a supercharge on e-bay and and left a backup offer on a turbo charger as well.
Do any of you run your cars ar ennis or Krum tracks?

Congrats on your new bird. My first suggestion would be to give it an all around tune up.
New oil (mobil 1 synthetic)
Flush block and radiator
Have your radiator rodded out if your not going to replace it
Change your tranny and torque converter fluid as long as its still good (not burnt or brownish)
If its over 100,000 miles, change the differential fluid, flush PS fluid (make sure you use type F ATF fluid and NOT regualr power steering fluid)
Of course your plugs and wires (make sure they are double Platinum like autolite or motorcraft)
Change your 02 sensors if over 100,000 miles
Im sure there are more im forgetting but I would make sure everything is in tip top condition before adding mods. Oh yeah, GET BETTER EXHAUST before doing any mods to preserve to Headgaskets.
Also, check out this FAQ forum for lots of helpful info http://www.sccoa.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=71

You may want to check out TCCoA Texas Chapter because they can sometimes draw together in DFW area. Leader was "Focus" in Mesquite.
Look in Yahoo Groups under "Fordbastards" for a good bunch of local guys mostly SHO owners who do several different types of driving events. Made up of SHO, SC, XR7, Probe, Maurader, and any other good Ford which went out of production. Leader "blue92" was in Arlington.
I have broke birds in various stages of repair. Otherwise I like road racing them at MSR in Cresson. I have not been very active lately due to work.
"RussellR" in DeSota likes to AutoX his SC and is probably the best handling in DFW right now.
PS: Welcome and glad you got the 94/95. Houston gang sure has a bunch of them. Of course they have a bit more kick. And I would do the exhaust before anything as all will tell you. For me a thicker aluminum radiator is important here in TX. Make sure your fan motors run especially the one behind the radiator on both speeds. Do everything to keep the beast cool on a hot day!!!!! Don't let her overheat.

You do have a Supercoupe, right? You said you bid on a supercharger. You can't just put one on a regular 3.8.
