have any of you installed a cold air intake? I and trying to put one in place and considering doing a hood scoop or maybe making it so I have to pull a headlight when dragging for the cold air. any ideas?

Are you referring to a ram air setup? I dont think you really need it seeing is the car has forced induction already. I would put a set up to where you have a 7 or 9" filter cone in the fender well. You should get plenty of cold air down there. You can have the filter in the engine bay, but I would put in a divider to keep the hot air out. You can do a search on cold air setups through the search feature up top and look at all the different types of cold air kits (custom and aftermarket) that others have used. Good luck.

No problem. I live in Beaumont, Tx. About an hour and a half southeast of Houston.

Many have seen very good results with the ZR Motorsports cold air intake, and I personally like it a lot as well, I wouldn't trade it for any other intake on the market for the price. I believe this intake is made for all years of the Super Coupes.
