On the road again

I should be getting my scooter insured today, i hope, it all depends on when my friend gets here with the transfer papers and if autoplan is open, if not then tommorow either way i am on the road.

Re: On the road again

its about time!!!!

It must of hurt keeping it in that long!!!

Re: On the road again

Eh, Jeremy, let me know whenever u will be
"carrying" it to PK so I can show up and witness
this 7th Wonder...lol!
And, to tease the "too serious" in our midst:
Plan to do a brief wheelie...(!)

All we can gaurantee, is that it'll trash Raj on his
bike, right?(!) Lol! Hey, Peace anyway! -virgil

Re: On the road again

lol, ain't that the truth.

I hopefully plan on this weekend
but i cannot say for sure yet, i have
to check my work scheldual, see how
far i can make it on a tank of gas
ect..... My gas tank is 1.5L, it is
a lot smaller then your bike that is
for sure, but i do have a gas can.
Although i cannot do a wheelie, not
enough power, but i do draw a lot of
attention anyways, because of the
small size and how quiet the engine is.

Re: On the road again

HAHA, thats lamer than a LX...wait maybe not, LXs are $hit boxes, the 89-93 style...ughhh

Re: On the road again

well i drove it to work and it is a 10minute ride, the same as if you would drive a car. Gas consumption was unoticable, it looks the same from when i left.

Re: On the road again

thats nice:eek: , UGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

So do you wind the rubber band every block or what?

Re: On the road again

PLEASE bring it to PK. Then mission. 142.57@31 MPH. I've seen that bike before, it was driven to church on sundays by old Mrs. O'reily. haha

Re: On the road again

It has a speed limiter but i have no idea what speed that is at because the speedo does not work. I will drive it to PK but i will probably have to bring Miles computer if i have it done by then.

Re: On the road again

jeremy, we can load the computer in my car

Re: On the road again

All I have to say is:

Where is the card that goes in the spokes and makes that cool sound while you peddle!!!!

good job on restoring the scooter jeremy

hehe

Where is the card that goes in the spokes and makes that cool sound while you peddle!!!![/q]

I might have a Fedorov card laying around somewhere... heh

Re: Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder !

Hey, Jeremy: That is hilarious! But serious, too...!!!

By the way, remind Bill that u can fit uer bike into
his trunk "too" (!!!) And there'll still be room for
Miles' computer....lol!

On a serious note: I've never seen such a sucker
nor in such damn good condish. I'm not joking when
I suggest u enter it into some contests, because
it'll blow the competition away for "that" category!!
If anything, specifically, bring it out to the annual
Vintage event in Tsawwassen which is one of the
annual major bike events...

But, on the practical level, YOU are the smart one
in our midst: That will save u tons of dough, is
functional, and all u really need for the work etc.
scenario u got it for: Congrats big time!!! -virgil

Re: hehe

Just to let you know that is not mine, it is a picture of the same model i have, mine is in a rougher shape but i have done a lot of work on it to get it into shape. The speedo is busted still, and i have spent around $270 to get it in working order. That does not include all the other goodies i need such as a helmet and insurance which is $160 and $126

Re: hehe

I dont see what harm a helmet can protect you from anyways, whats to lose, huh:rolleyes:

Re: hehe

Virgil..........

I can;t put it in my trunk, r u nuts, i can;t even get my spare tire in my trunk anymore!

Re: hehe

Eh, Bill, yeah, I forgot...lol! Nevertheless, hey, it's
the thought that counts in this case (!)
