Head Gasket

Well,it finally happened. Last night after leaving the airport I blew a head gasket. Nothing dramatic,just lost power and limped home. Probably won't touch it till after the weekend. I'm figuring now,that it's the water pump that went bad. We'll see. I remember a discussion about someone putting together a group buy of a custom water pump,in fact I even said that I would purchase one if they became available. Does anybody know if they were ever made? Now is the time for me to pick one up.

I've been meaning to get under the hood for some time,looks like that time is now.

Man am I stupid, I just saw Duffy's post about these pumps. I'll follow through from there. I've never this engine down this far before,sure hope I don't have any major problems. I know I need a special puller for the P/S pump,do I need a special tool for the water pump pulley?

No special puller for the water pump pulley, just remove the 4 bolts.
