245x45x18"s on 18"x9" Cobra Rs

Anyone tried this wheel and tire combo (245x45x18" with 18"x9" cobra R) with a 1.5" Eibach drop?
I'm thinking about it since the 245x50x17" tires seems to be few and far between. Also thinking that I'll have plenty of room for brake upgrades later on. What can I expect as far as clearance, tire to suspention wise front and rear?
Any help would be appreciated.
