I think the biggest problem is, is we all have supercoupes already (well the majority) so there isn't really a need for us to buy one, and also sounds like there are a few things wrong with your car.

And remember to that it's an Alberta car.Not like a Westcoast car.We hardly had snow and salt here. How low can u go on your price?I might be interested if the price is right.Later.

Yes but people tend to like to buy a perfect running car. Saves them the headaches of fixing/finding parts. So you need to find a buyer who is willing to fix it up, which in turn the price should be lower. Or fix all the stuff yourself, and sell it for $10,000.

From the pics it doesnt look mint... so selling a non mint car with problems, to enthusiasts that know what they are dealing with, and at a normal price, (in other words not a steal of a deal...) is not going to work... If you said 6000 bones, I'd jump on it...

The interior is mint. Engine runs like a charm. Doesnt even leak, or burn any oil. The exterior needs some TLC.
I'd take 8-8500 for it right now.

i paid 9000 US for my 94 last year. however everything is basically immaculate, the car came with full maintenance records, ect. i know it was a little pricey but to me it was worth it since the car is in awesome condition. just to give you an idea on pricing.

Its a 94 Thunderbird SC. 5spd, black, with grey leather. interior is mint. it has 180,000 km. Supercharger is awesome. I get about 12-14# and the thing is BONE stock. FULLY loaded with every option available..
Grinds when you put it in 3rd gear (unless you let it rev down
Trunk lock has a peice of a key or something stuck inside it.
slave cylinder was leaking, and was replaced with new unit (cost me $700)
brand new door hinges on both doors..
If you put your key in the drivers side door to unlock it, it doesnt unlock/lock anything. I popped the door panel off, and see that a plastic clip that hooks from the lock cylinder to the rod broke. Its a $0.10 peice of plastic Again, I just use keyless entry.
It has a brand new battery... It was in a minor accident. you can see that the rad support underneith the car is bent a bit. IT doesnt affect anything though. The front bumper is brand new, and the passenger side fender was replaced. Passengerside headlights were also replaced. They were replaced with quality work.
I'm being 110% honest with the car because I dont like wasting other people's time.
I can post pics of the rad support if anyone is interested. it really isnt as bad as it sounds.

Those under-carriage shots show a salty dirty car...
People see the outside of the car first, its what forms their opinions on the value of the car... If you want to get what its worth, then youll have to take care of the Exterior before u can ask that price. Normally it would seem that a car is bought at a high value when one "falls in love with the car at first sight". Therefore, its more or less, that first view of it, that will either make or break the sale. And with a dirty car, its a tough sell. Sure it can be mechanically sound... But how can buddy brag about his car when the thing looks like it has been 4x4ing... Fact of the matter is, despite the actual significance of a sound chassis and drivetrain and motor, 90% of people will buy it because of how the outside looks, and not how well it runs... So work on that, then ask the big bones...
Ill make you a offer of $6500 right now...

Bro,
I have to say that I hope you get more than what you need out of your car. BUT...That ride is not gonna go for 8 or 10, no way...Unless you can find the right cat out there. I happen to be looking for a later model SC to pair up with my '90 and I have found nice cars for as low as 5K...I am seriously considering a 94 at 6K in the Seattle area with a new ford replaced motor and 62K on it with no baggage...
Regardless I hope you de get what you need to get out of it man...You just never know...
Cheers
