k...i'm kinda lazy and it's wet outside and i'm sure one of you must already know this.
Problem. When coming to a quick stop i can feel my seat kinda tilt forward...then i can lean back and it'll click back...the whole seat rocks a bit...and i'm just wondering how exactly they're bolted down...that it's got this movement stuff in it all of a sudden.

There is two bolt's on the front, if you move the seat all the way back you can't miss them, they are under black cover's. And there is two at the rear of the seat, move the seat all the way forward, same deal, they're under black cover's.

Those referred to are two each for front vs back
going into the FLOOR.
If u find them snug, then check UNDER each corner
of the seat cushion to make sure they are snug.
Don't strip bolts by overtightening!
If still feel slight movement: It's normal. The seat
joints are flexing slightly and absoring some of
the car's "g-forces" as momemtum maneouvres u
around, lol!

More than likely they are rusty. They are also small, and will probably break. So get lots of that rust buster down on the threads. Best of luck

Yeah, if time allows, ideally remove the floor ones,
spray or pour tons of quality oil on nuts/bolts,
and fronts are holes so oil in there ( rears are
on them protruders), and rebolt flooring...
(since u live a salt heaven; meaning winters!)
forget wd40 for this because it doesn't last!

Hey, Scott, first by all means DO check that
uer bolts are solid tight!
THEN once they are, and u still feel some movement
I'm saying don't worry....
I should add, that I just swapped in new seats
so say all that having just oiled the hell out of them
myself, lol!
AND because I really oiled ALL pivot spots, I too
now feel a slight rocking of the boat liner (lol!)
like uer describing! But when they weren't oiled,
they probably were frozen (rusted!) shut! Lol-2x!
