First, test to see if you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail shradder valve.lol

Well hate to say it, are you shure it's still getting power?

if you have a test light <even voltmeter>, go into the trunk, pull the `carpet'down on the drivers side.. You'll see a `triangle' type black box, right behind that should be a `green' relay <well really black, with a green bottom and green connector>..

with the key off..

Check to see if there's power at the Black/yellow wire (fuel pump power)

With key On..

Power at the Pink / Black wire (to Fuel pump)
Power at the White wire (EEC relay switched power)
Ground at the Tan/light green wire (turn on)

also another cool, and quick thing to do.. With the key in the `run' postion, go to the self test connector under the hood, and ground the Tan/Light green wire :) that should turn on fuel pump too.. <same if you ground at the relay> It's a cool trick to do if you finished playing with fuel rails, ect.. to check for fuel leaks before firing up the engine :)

Easy to change if you have no gas in yer tank, and a Hoist, as well as a transmission jack... then its soo easy.... You gotta wonder why ford didnt make a hole in the floor to get at it tho... Drop the exhaust, Drop the Tank, and your set!!!
