Ok, so here's the scoop.....
Everything is removed from the engine compartment, and I do mean EVERYTHING. I am hoping to have the car down to the "everything that can come off is now off" stage here in the next 2 weeks so that all the big parts can go to the dip tank along with the chassis.
I know that in order to get the front sway bar off that you need to drop the K-member, and I was going to drop the K-member anyways to get it dipped too.
So here is my question. Are the 8 nuts that are holding the 8 mounting bolts for the K-member welded to the frame, or so I need wrenches to hold the nuts? IF the latter is the case, how in God's name do you hold the rear 4 nuts? I see slots in the front box channel so that you could get maybe a socket in there, but there is not anything like that for the rear.
