I need to know how too tighten the supercharger tensioner because it is too loose and is bottoming out.

the spring in the arm might be shot you could go to a larger dia. pulley or get another arm i have a few here if you want to have a look at them..

Is there any way i can tighten the spring.

no i dont think so but i could be wrong.one of fords better ideas.
