ok, why the hell is my sway bar loose? the passenger side if u push it up it will make a CLUNK CLUNK sound, do i tighten it or just get the new end links and new mounts?

I would replace the sway bar endlinks (and the upper control arms if the balljoints are loose). I hear a similar crunching sound from my car even though the suspension is tight. The only thing that looks wrong are the endlink boots which are torn.
Sway bar endlink: Moog K8633, TRW 18116, AC DELCO 45G0011
I don't know what is the diameter of the stock sway/stabilizer bar.

also, my 4 front sub fram torx bolts were loose by atleast 180 degrees, any idea how to tighten up the remaining 4 rear bolts?
