I just bought a used pro-m off of a 90 model sc and I need to know if I need to get it reprogrammed to work with my 95s 36 lb injectors. Also would I be better off to sell it and buy another one that is already correctly programmed. What does a new one cost, where do I get one, and what is my used one worth. It has approx 1000 miles on it.
Thanks
Dan

I am going to assume it did not come with a flow sheet? Yes, you will have to send it to them (Pro-M) to get re-programmed if it is not set to the proper injectors.

Id try to contact Pro-m themselves

Im kinda in the same situation But Im told the calibration can be changed
with a chip

If I were you Id call pro-m themselves (I think they go by the name Granetelli or something like that)

See what they tell you

100 seems pretty hight to be to recalibrate a MAF considering they are only like 200 something new

Yes, you can trick the MAF-S with a tuned EEC chip. You have three paths...

1) Sell it and get one properly calibrated to your injectors
2) Call Pro-M, send it into their nearest chip-burn lab and get them to send it back.
3) Hang on to the Pro-M, get a EEC tuner and get somebody to write you a program for it, although if you don't have your flowsheet this is going to be near impossible.
