SC ownership

Even with the characteristic problems of a SC, I still wouldn't trade or sell for a car newer than the one I have. Being a mechanic helps, you just have to get accustomed to the design system of this car. I do all of my work since I run a garage, and have had to do some research and don't regret it. Any mechanic work will get you frustrated if you do it long enough. You would be surprised to know, mechanics and tinkerers who don't know what a real supercharged car is. They will spoil you once you get use to the performance.
They have a lot of potential. I don't really think the surface has been scratched on certain areas due to limited aftermarket parts. A custom built block would be good if you could retain the original head bolt pattern or maybe go to a larger bolt for more clamping force. Just my two cents worth, Thanks.
