Ideas on getting early m90 to perform better

Anybody ever though of Anodizing the internals of the case and rotors for the early m90 instead of other coats. Anodizing would hold up to the melting point of aluminum. And the process can be done at home with a few house hold tools and sulfuric acid.

Seems to be an easy process, at room temperature you could increase aluminum parts by .0005

Doing both the case and the rotors we can decrease the clearance by .001

Does anyone think this will benifit much?

I'm assuming that the rotors and case are aluminum and have not been anodized allready?

Just thought a new idea would be helpful and wanted some input before i take mine apart and give them an anodizing bath.

Also does anybody have any ideas on how to fill the inlet with a ^ into the rotors like on the late blowers?
