Does any one know what the rotors in our superchargers are made of?
If aluminum then what grade?

Im not sure if what im thinking of will work since the case is problably cast aluminum with a high level of silicon content.

Magnuson site doesnt give alot of detail about this.

To see where im getting at look at my other thread about making the early m90 perform better by anodizing the case and rotors.

They are aluminum, as to the grade Im not sure, but they are machined and most machine aplications dont do well with poor quality metals (the finish turns out very poor). I would bet my *** they would hold the powder. The case however is cast. Generally anything cast is not very high quality so it will be alloyed with all kinds of junk. I would leave the case alone, but the rotors should be alright.
