I'm gonna try to put the dyno and track numbers on the Video while the cars are running. So as when You watch the video you will see how much hp its pushing and whatnot. Also I'm sure everyone wants to know your #'s.

White 90 SC AOD, bone stock to the point of including the air silencer! Using worn Yokahamas, when I actually ran the full 1/4 (don't ask.. its sorta embarassing), I managed to pull a 15.71
Now this won't set any SCCoA records, but I'm not displeased with it.
MakoSC had the exact same setup to the point of us have the same paint! Except he had the 5 speed, and he ran a 15.04. So since we're fairly confident that it can't be attributed to color (since both of our SCs are white), then gearing must be the difference.

Best of all, the graph shows where I need to work on it.
BTW, does the rear axle ratio have any effect on the Dyno number or maybe move the curve up or down the "x" axis? I don't think so, but interesting to hear the actual Dyno theory from Duffy or one of our other "Grey Beards". In the Army "grey beards" is an affectionate way of refering to retired generals that have "all knowledge and experience"
Since this colonel will never make general, no chance of being a grey beard in the Army, so I better get good on the SCs.
Had a great time at the Dyno, no time left to run at the track. Very tired now and going to bed.
Until the next one, By God!

Not what I had hoped for, but I guess I can blame it on the weather:) The multitude of bolt-ons are one the way. I already have some sitting in my garage:)

i guess a FMIC ain't much good if you don't have any air goin through it....
I like my other #'s better. Shoulda went to the track instead.
Also, for those who were a little surprised by the low numbers, I think it is safe to say that #'s were about 5% low due to conditions.

My 98 GTP with the 3.4 pully, exhaust, and K&N cone filter only ran a best of 15.011 at 94mph, damm that 91 octane gas. I know you guys feel my pain on that one. I was running 14.7's in FL on 93+ a bottle of outlaw octane boost.
There were some sweet SC's at the meet unfortunatly I ran against to of the more modifed ones. They beat me by about 2 car lenths. But I slayed a lightly modified SC. Good run people. and especialy you Mr. 13.4 sec at 103+ mph that rocks.
Please someone email me back about the tape from the track I want to buy a copy.

It was me that you (slayed). That's because I let off before I hit the end of the track. Check your time slip. We were dead even at the 1000 ft mark. I was 12.997 and you were 13.007. I must have let off after that. My trap speed was 69 mph. My best run was a 15.26. Your car was still faster though.

Hey Puff good run, even if you did let off I can't wait to get a copy of the tape from the track. I'm sure everyone feels the same about that.
BTW, my check engine light came on the day after the track and has been on and off for the last week with a crazy idle, guess I need to get it scanned.

Chris, my best time at the track was my 3rd run with a 15.45 @ 89.10 mph.
1st run: 15.87 @ 87.65
2nd run: 15.54 @ 88.94
4th run: 15.52 @ 88.39
my SC is a black 94 with the teal pinstripe along the side. it's bone stock, including the air silencer AND paper filter. i also stayed in the right lane for all of my runs.

Stroker - Your car sure impressed heck out of me. I went to Morana's site and looked at the kits. Did you get kit and build it yourself or did you get a long block from Morana?
Anyhow, great numbers!
