i am about to replace my DIS but is there any advice you can give me so i can get this job done> i know i have to buy a good heatsink from radio shack but my main concer is not to ground the DIS properly and create more problem than what i have already. i am in the chase of a rough idle so i am gonna install a dis, tps and a aic. the aic is new and when i installed it the behaivor improved but the rough idle still there so i am gonna try a oem dis, aic and tps parts and see what it does.
my car by the way is a 90 auto with 110 K

The DIS grounds via the mounting screws.

It's not a heatsink you want to purchase from Radio Shack, rather, you want HeatSink Compound. Or some Di-Electric Grease. I used some of that Artic-Silver heatsink compound that's popular with the overclocking crowd, and the performance was no different that using some cheap dielectric grease.

Other than that, it's like changing a lightbulb. easy. ;)
