I have a complete line of detailing products available that I can pass on a savings to you guys that attend. From waxes to buffing pads, I can get it. I will bring all of the info to the meet if people are interested.

Bring it. I am interested and I am sure many others are too. I hope to actually buff the XB70 while I am out there since I have failed miserably at that task in the last 12 months.

Hope to have some more info for you for the MN12 web site by this weekend. Otherwise its just about getting others motivated to show up.

I'll get there late afternoon of Thursday. Looks like we will be extremely busy on the morning of Friday 31 August setting up around the hotel. I plan to bring safety cones and yellow tape to mark off special areas for the burnouts plus laying out the rules and standards for all events.

One of the local OKC guys has been extremely helpful in conducting a solid reconassaince of the area with alternate locations (i.e. my favorite: Insustrial Parks) for us to do anything we need to do. Vendors set up will also be a part of it and undisturbed from the other events going on.

The Thunder Valley track I understand has vast amounts of area to set up and also sell some wears.

I hope to lay all of this out for everyone and have strip maps to all locations before the meet and have them ready to hand out Friday evening. Problem is work at the office is not cooperating with my MN12 event planning very much.
