Radiator help please.

Right now I have a pin hole leak in the top of my radiator. I don't believe it will heal itself so I have a couple of questions.
1) Is it likely that this could be welded to prolong the replacement for a short while?
2) If the answer to question 1 is no, is it possible to replace the radiator without removing the intercooler?

The answer to #2 is no, you gotta take out the IC.

However, the answer to #1 is kinda. You cant weld brass but you can sure braze it. Take it to a radiator shop and they should easily be able to braze it up good as new.

Thanks for the speedy response. I have one more question. Since this is on top could they do it while it is still in the car or will they need it removed?

You don't need to remove the intercooler even though the manual says so. I've done it!
